Service 1 MIGRATION CHECK
It is essential to prepare and plan a migration to the Google Workspace. We will be analyzing your existing systems and information structures. There are a few essential topics to clear, such as inspecting your user base, determine your E-mail setup and picture your way of sharing files and documents in your specific school setting.
This Migration Check will result in a fool-proof and detailed plan, that guarantees a solution that caters for your school specifically.
Service 2 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
After checking your existing systems and analyzing the specific needs of your school, we will setup the implementation plan. It will include switching your core services to Google Workspace (specifically dealing with E-Mail, Drive, Users & Groups). The plan includes security domain settings, deals with importing of existing mail and documents, and comes with a workflow setup (managing the changes for staff and/or students).
Service 3 STAFF & FACULTY TRAINING
Once the Google Workspace is up and running, we need to train users (according to your needs and options). The main topics are sharing documents safely AND effectively, creating digital workflows (using forms and spreadsheets). Faculty will receive training in using the paperless digital classroom workflow with Google Classroom and Google Drive.
